Singaporeluxds Pte. Ltd. ("Singaporeluxds", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Questions about this policy may be directed to privacy@singaporeluxds.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form, register interest in an engagement, or correspond with our team, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, job title, organisation name, and the content of your messages.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we collect technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This occurs through cookies and analytics tools. See our Cookie Policy for details.

1.3 Information from engagement work

During workshops, training, and implementation engagements, we may handle information relevant to your organisation — including team structures, workflow descriptions, and operational context — used solely to deliver the agreed engagement and held in strict confidence.

2. How we use your data

We use personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected or directly related purposes, including:

  • Responding to enquiries and managing the client relationship
  • Delivering workshops, training programmes, and implementation engagements
  • Sending service-related information where you have expressed interest
  • Improving our website and understanding usage patterns
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations in Singapore

Legal bases for processing include your consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services — provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

3. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Engagement documentation is retained for up to five years following conclusion of the engagement to meet contractual and legal requirements. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

4. Disclosure of your data

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our website and delivering services (e.g. hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisors including legal and accounting firms, under confidentiality
  • Regulatory bodies or law enforcement where required by law

We do not transfer personal data outside of Singapore except where necessary for service delivery, in which case we ensure adequate protections are in place consistent with PDPA requirements.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to understand how our website is used. Analytics cookies collect information about visitor behaviour in aggregate form. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through our Cookie Policy page. Essential cookies required for the site to function cannot be disabled.

Third-party analytics services we may use include Google Analytics. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they process data.

6. Data protection measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include access controls, encrypted data transmission, and regular review of our security practices. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as required under the PDPA Notification of Data Breaches Obligation.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to our processing of your data at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions
  • Data portability — request that certain data be provided in a commonly used machine-readable format where applicable

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@singaporeluxds. We will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the PDPC at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
