How Singaporeluxds came to be
Singaporeluxds took shape in early 2023, when a small group of organisational consultants and AI practitioners in Singapore began noticing a pattern. Organisations were encountering AI tools with enthusiasm and then finding, months later, that adoption had stalled — not because the technology failed, but because the people side of the change had been underinvested.
The name reflects how we think about this work. A circuit is only useful when it is complete. A vision without training, or training without implementation, or implementation without genuine stakeholder alignment — these are open circuits. Energy dissipates before it can do anything useful.
We set up our office at Shenton Way to be close to the organisations we serve — financial services, professional services, logistics, and public-sector adjacent bodies. Our team deliberately brings together facilitation experience, AI technical knowledge, and change management practice.
What we are here to do

Jasmine designs the curriculum for the Illuminated AI Training Path. Her background is in adult learning theory and instructional design, with particular focus on teams that are new to technical subject matter.
Quality standards and professional practices
Data privacy and confidentiality
All client information and organisational data shared during engagements is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and held in strict confidence.
IHRP-aligned facilitation
Our facilitation and learning design practices align with IHRP (Institute for Human Resource Professionals) standards, supporting organisations in documenting learning outcomes.
Structured engagement quality checks
Each engagement includes mid-point and closing quality reviews, ensuring the work remains aligned with your objectives and allowing for course adjustments where needed.
Responsible AI principles
We embed ethical AI considerations — transparency, fairness, and human oversight — into every engagement. Our guidance reflects Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework.
Current and evolving content
The AI landscape shifts quickly. Our training materials and roadmap frameworks are reviewed on a quarterly basis to reflect meaningful developments in the field.
Participant feedback integration
We collect and act on structured feedback throughout all programmes. Participant input directly informs how content and facilitation approaches are refined over time.
How our values shape the work
Singaporeluxds operates with a consistent orientation: the people inside an organisation understand their own context better than any external advisor can. Our role is to provide structure, frameworks, and specialist knowledge — not to arrive with predetermined answers. This means our engagements begin with listening, and the direction that emerges is shaped by what we hear.
On the technical side, we work at a level of depth appropriate to the engagement. For a vision workshop, we introduce AI concepts accessibly and practically. For an integration project, we engage with workflow systems, data flows, and deployment considerations at the level the work demands. We do not simplify to the point of distortion, and we do not reach for complexity where straightforwardness serves better.
Across all of our work in Singapore, we maintain a strong awareness of how AI adoption intersects with workforce concerns, communication norms, and organisational hierarchies. These factors matter enormously for whether a change takes root. We take them seriously — which is why our implementation engagement runs two parallel tracks rather than treating the technical and human dimensions as sequential.
We are a small, focused organisation by design. This means that clients work with senior practitioners throughout their engagement, not with junior staff supported by occasional senior input. The person leading your workshop is the same person who shaped the methodology behind it.
