Clara Lim

Chief Operating Officer, Financial Services

The Vision Workshop was quite different from what I had expected. I came in thinking we would be presented with a recommended strategy, and instead we spent four sessions building one together. The process was somewhat uncomfortable at times — surfacing genuine disagreements — but the roadmap we left with actually had buy-in across the leadership team, which is not something we had managed to achieve before.

Head of Digital, Logistics Company

We ran the Training Path with two cohorts across our operations and analytics teams. What worked well was the pacing — seven weeks felt manageable alongside regular work, and the staged approach meant people built on what they had actually absorbed rather than being overloaded and then expected to apply things. A few team members commented it was the first training programme in recent memory where they felt genuinely informed by the end rather than just having attended.

HR Director, Professional Services

The dual-track implementation model was the reason we chose Singaporeluxds over the other options we considered. We had been through technology projects before where the system worked but the people did not use it as intended. Running the organisational alignment work in parallel — not as a follow-up — made a real difference. Eighteen months on, the tools are still being actively used.

Managing Director, SME Manufacturing

We are not a large organisation and I was concerned we might be too small for this kind of engagement. Singaporeluxds sized the workshop appropriately — we covered what we needed to cover without padding, and the deliverables were practical rather than elaborate. The capability assessment was the most useful piece for us: it helped us understand honestly what we were and were not ready for.

Learning & Development Manager, Healthcare

The facilitators were genuinely thoughtful about the range of backgrounds in our cohort. We had participants from clinical coordination, administration, and finance — very different relationships to technology. The way content was framed made it accessible without being condescending to those who already had some exposure. The responsible AI module in the final stage was particularly well received.

VP Operations, Regional Retail Group

We came in midway through the process — having already done our own vision work — and engaged Singaporeluxds specifically for the integration engagement. The team adapted their approach to our context rather than starting from scratch, which we appreciated. The mid-engagement check-in at week eight caught a misalignment between what the technical team was building and what one of the business units had expected, and we were able to address it without derailing the timeline.

Case studies

Mid-sized financial services firm, Singapore CBD

AI Vision Workshop → Illuminated Training Path · 10 weeks total

The situation

The leadership team had differing views on where AI fit in the organisation's near-term priorities. Some were enthusiastic; others were cautious about client data implications. There was no agreed direction, and individual departments were beginning to make independent tool decisions.

What we did

We ran the Vision Workshop with eight members of the leadership team over three weeks, then transitioned into a Training Path for two cohorts totalling 24 staff. Responsible AI and data governance featured prominently throughout, reflecting the client's specific concerns.

What followed

The organisation adopted a shared twelve-month AI roadmap with unanimous leadership support. Individual department tool decisions were brought under a governance framework identified during the workshop. Post-training assessment showed a 68% improvement in participant AI literacy scores.

Regional logistics coordinator, West Singapore

AI Integration with Organisational Alignment · 15 weeks

The situation

A previous attempt to introduce AI-assisted shipment routing had been shelved after six months because operations staff did not trust the system's recommendations and continued to override them manually. The organisation wanted a second attempt that addressed the trust deficit.

What we did

We ran the dual-track integration engagement with particular emphasis on the organisational alignment track. Operations staff were involved in solution design sessions from week three. A structured feedback mechanism allowed staff to flag situations where the system's recommendation seemed wrong, feeding directly into refinement cycles.

What followed

Staff acceptance of AI-assisted routing reached 74% within three months of go-live — compared to near-zero in the previous attempt. The feedback mechanism contributed 23 refinements to the routing logic in the first quarter. Manual override rates declined 41% over the following six months.

Professional services partnership, Raffles Place

Illuminated AI Training Path · 7 weeks · Three cohorts

The situation

Partners had observed that associates were using AI tools inconsistently — some confidently, others not at all — with no shared standard for output evaluation or appropriate use in client work. There were concerns about quality and about liability exposure.

What we did

Three cohorts ran sequentially over twelve weeks. Content was adapted to include scenarios specifically drawn from professional services work — document analysis, research summarisation, and communication drafting. A shared usage framework emerged from the integration stage and was adopted as firm policy.

What followed

The firm reported a significant reduction in variance in AI tool usage across the associate cohort. The shared usage framework was cited in a subsequent client due-diligence process as evidence of governance maturity. Post-programme survey showed 89% of participants felt more confident evaluating AI-generated content.
