Three ways to move your organisation forward with AI

Wherever your organisation currently sits on the AI adoption spectrum — vision, readiness, or implementation — there is a Singaporeluxds engagement designed for where you are right now.

— our methodology —

How we approach the work

Every Singaporeluxds engagement begins from the same foundational conviction: sustainable AI adoption depends on people genuinely understanding what they are adopting and why. Our methodology puts that understanding at the centre, and builds technical progress around it.

01

Listen first

We spend time understanding your organisation's context, concerns, and existing capabilities before recommending anything.

02

Co-create direction

Strategy and roadmaps are built through guided internal dialogue — not handed over as finished documents.

03

Build with people

Training and implementation are shaped by feedback from the people involved — adjusted, not just delivered.

04

Leave capability behind

All deliverables and frameworks are yours to keep and continue building on after each engagement concludes.

Solution 01

AI Vision and Roadmap Workshop

4 sessions 2–3 weeks S$385

A warm, structured workshop engagement that helps your leadership team develop a shared vision for AI's role in your organisation and translate that vision into a practical roadmap. Participants work through guided exercises covering aspiration setting, capability assessment, milestone definition, and resource planning.

The workshop format emphasises inclusive dialogue — ensuring that diverse perspectives shape the vision rather than a single dominant viewpoint. This is suited for organisations at the vision-setting stage who want their AI direction to emerge from genuine internal consensus.

Illuminated AI Training Path

7 weeks Team cohorts S$575

A warmly designed training programme that guides participants through progressively deeper understanding of AI concepts and tools, with each module building logically on the previous one. Solution 03

AI Integration with Organisational Alignment

14–16 weeks Dual-track S$905

A deeply collaborative implementation engagement that gives equal attention to technical deployment and organisational alignment. Over fourteen to sixteen weeks, the team works on two parallel tracks — one focused on solution design, development, and deployment, and another focused on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and feedback integration.

Regular alignment checkpoints bring both tracks together to ensure the technical solution remains connected to organisational reality. Common implementation areas include intelligent workflow routing, content analysis, pattern recognition, and resource allocation support.
